Q: Are there minimum quantities for ordering print collateral?
A: There are no minimum quantities for digital printing.  Contact us for custom quoting and we will discuss options based on your need.

Q: Can I adjust the paper type/quality?
A: For items you are uploading, absolutely!  Various stocks and finishing options can be selected.  Any items that are in the Catalog, however, cannot be changed and have been pre-set by a site administrator.

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: You can choose whether to have your order shipped to your door via FedEx, or you can choose to have your order printed at your local FedExOffice.  UF receives complimentary delivery, and most jobs are completed within 24-48 hours.

Q: Can I get samples, or more details on available stocks?
A: Absolutely!  Click “Contact Information” on the left for help.

Q: Can I have my own PrintOnline site for my department?
A: Yes!  Contact your FedEx Office Account Manager for additional help.

Q: Who can use the discount?
A: The discount is available for faculty, staff, and students.

Q: How do I pay for my project?
A: You can use your P-Card, purchase order, or setup an invoiced account.

Q: I’ve entered special instructions online, but don’t see a projected cost.  Why?
A: The site provides automatic pricing for common sizes and finishing for documents 8.5x11 or 11x17.  Click “Request a Custom Quote” on the left or contact Jennifer at or via phone at 352-260-5428 for a custom quote.

Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes, delivery is complimentary within 30 miles of any of our 1,800  locations nationally.

Q: I’m traveling.  How do I get my discount?
A: You can do this in several ways.  You can go to a local FedEx Office and identify yourself as working at the University of Florida, provide your account number, and they will process your order.  Or, you can use our Print Online site to place your order.  You can also end your order, via email, to Jennifer Colwell at  and she willprocess your order for you.
